Why Vaping is the easiest way to quit smoking

If you are someone trying to quit smoking, you know very good and well that it ain’t easy. We’ve all been there before.

Thanks to vaping, it is now a lot easier to quit smoking.

I personally have tried quite a few options until I finally quit cold turkey thanks to vaping. For starers the many ways of quitting really don’t do the job for a few reasons.

  1. They are missing the oral fixation part of the smoking experience.
  2. You don’t feel like you are in control of your nicotine intake as with cigarettes.
  3.  They lack the social aspect of smoking.

In contrast however, Vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes keep all those aspects of smoking and therefore make it much easier to quit.

Firstly, need I explain that you still get to hold something in your hand and put it to your mouth and take a puff almost mimicking the act of smoking? So there you have it. If nicotine patches or nicotine gum lack that, and that’s what you need, then vaping will be a breezy way for you to quit smoking.

Secondly, a lot of folk out there trying to quit with methods like nicotine patches or gum, sometimes do not feel like they are in complete control of the nicotine intake. With vaping however, you are in complete control of when and how much nicotine you get. First and foremost your in complete control of the strength of nicotine that is found in your e-liquid, and secondly you only get your nicotine fix when you take a puff from that e-cig or vaporizer. unlike with a patch where it feeds nicotine into your body as long as it is on you.

Thirdly and most importantly, when you begin to vape you all of a sudden realize how many other people around you vape. It isn’t strange for vapers (People who use e-cigarettes and vaporizers) to find themselves striking a conversation with a stranger who has a vaporizer too. Although we don’t suggest you go to the smoking area to vape (because you are trying to stay away from the stinkies) it is a common practice for vapers to go out from work for a “smoking break” along with their fellow colleagues who do smoke and have a good time together while getting your nicotine fix.

There you have it, three great reasons why quitting with vaporizers and e-cigarettes is a lot easier and more effective than the other tools out there that claim to help you quit smoking.

    I guess this is true since the habit of having something on your hand, putting it on your mouth and puffing is almost the same as having a true cigarette. It may differ with the taste but if you vape, consider yourself one step towards that health living you’ve been dreaming about since the day you realized that smoking is not good for your health and the health of the people around you.
